Project Description
Hospitality is where aesthetics become three-dimensional.
I work with hotels, restaurants, and bars to create spaces where every detail reinforces the same feeling. Concept, identity and gastronomic direction.
For projects that need operational depth, I bring in an external executive chef, who runs the kitchen-side decisions: production flows, vendor selection, SOPs and HACCP standards, pre-opening timelines.
The result is a place that looks right but also works the same way.
