Project Description
Hospitality is where aesthetics become three-dimensional.
I work with hotels, restaurants, and bars to create spaces where every detail reinforces the same feeling. Concept, identity and gastronomic solutions for hotels, restaurants, and members spaces.
With partners I bring in when needed, we work on production flows, aesthetic setting, staffing and training, vendor selection, cost control and menu architecture.
With the rigor of an external executive chef and luxury-level operational performance, together we script signature moments, set clear SOPs and HACCP standards, and build a pragmatic pre-opening timeline that teams can actually run.
